Service rating : We had an old aerial that was not connected to the outlets in the house and had been previously installed in a daft position on the house.

What I liked about our engineer, Chris, was that he gave me a list of alternative solutions to the problem, ranging in price, and informed us of the likely effectiveness of each. After we agreed the work, the work was completed quickly and to a good standard. All the outlets were then tested for signal strength and quality. My TV works now!!

Only issue from my point of view was Chris arrived a couple of hours after he said he would - which in itself I don't mind - but next time a quick call to let me know? If not for that, would have been 5 stars.
Product : The TV now receives all Freeview channels with a significantly improved picture. The cable has been run discretely behind drain pipes and care was taken not to disturb the render too much on the exterior wall. Good standard of work for a very competitive price.

The aerial engineer came promptly after my enquiry and returned very soon to install our aerial. He was friendly, efficient and left us with a working tv on a boat in a poor signal area.
